Diane joined Salmanson Goldshaw in September, 2018. She focuses on the representation of employees and employers in discrimination and other employment matters serving clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to joining our firm, Diane served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard S. Hoffman of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Diane graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School in May 2017, where she received the ABA Award for the Study of Labor and Employment Law. During law school, Diane served as a staff editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, which published her article, How Do We Keep Guns Out of the Hands of Those on the Terrorist Watch List Without Violating Due Process? She also participated in the Hon. James Hunter III Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.
Diane completed her undergraduate degree at Carnegie Mellon University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Industrial Management. Prior to and while attending law school, Diane worked as an actuary for a consulting firm.
