After five years at Salmanson Goldshaw, Katie Eyer left our firm to join the full-time faculty at Rutgers-Camden School of Law in 2012.
While at our firm from 2007-2012, Ms. Eyer focused her practice on the representation of employees in discriminationand employee benefits matters. She frequently represented LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) employees, and secured precedent-setting decisions regarding the rights of LGBT employees.
Ms. Eyer received her J.D. from Yale University in 2004 and her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, magna cum laude, in 1999. She served as a law clerk to the Hon. Guido Calabresi, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, from 2004 to 2005, and worked as a Skadden Fellow at Equality Advocates Pennsylvania (formerly the Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights), from 2005 to 2007.
